Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. can be delivered on the same day. Preparation takes about 3 hours after we receive your order.

Orders placed between 4:01 p.m. and 5:59 p.m. are delivered the next day before noon, and orders placed after 6:00 p.m. are delivered the next day in the afternoon. If you need it sooner, please call 095-952-8338 so we can check the preparation queue first.

The delivery fee is calculated by the distance to the destination area. After adding items to your cart, you can select the delivery area and the fee is shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Yes. Please give us the recipient name, building or condominium name, floor, room number and a contact phone number so our staff can deliver it correctly.

If the building does not allow access to the residential floors, our staff will contact the recipient to come down to the lobby, so please choose a time when the recipient is available.

Yes. Please give us the hospital name, patient name, building, floor, room number and a phone number for the patient or a relative, and choose a time that matches the hospital visiting hours.

You can add your greeting message during checkout. We write it on a card and attach it to the flowers for the recipient at no extra cost.

If the flowers are sent on behalf of a company, we recommend stating the organisation name clearly on the card so the recipient knows who they are from.
